1. Intellectual Property

• All rights are reserved to Ccatoo regarding the platform, its content, codebase, design, and proprietary models.
• This includes:
• Advanced AI technology (Super Intelligent AI Service) for smart text/voice hotel search.
• CAVIS loyalty & investment system (points accumulation, profit distribution, automated investments).
• Smart search algorithms allowing descriptive queries (e.g., "hotel with Bosphorus view").
• Web forms and UI/UX models designed specifically for Ccatoo.
• Frontend/backend code & databases (HTML/Blade, CSS, Laravel, etc.).
• Copying or reusing these technologies without prior written consent is prohibited.

2. Platform Use

• Ccatoo acts as an intermediary between users and hotels and is not directly responsible for hotel services.
• Bookings are subject to the host hotel’s terms (e.g., cancellation policies).
• The platform may not be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

3. CAVIS & Investment

• A small percentage of each booking (1–4%) is invested in tourism/real estate projects.
• Users receive 30% of investment profits every 6 months. Returns are not guaranteed and subject to market risks.
• CAVIS points cannot be sold or transferred outside the official system.

4. AI & Smart Search

• AI-driven search results are for guidance only and may not perfectly reflect the actual hotel experience.
• Accuracy depends on hotel descriptions, user input, and third-party data (e.g., Google Maps).
• Ccatoo is not liable for discrepancies between displayed results and actual stays.

5. User-Generated Content

• Social features (e.g., travel reels, hotel photos) may be introduced.
• Users must not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• By posting, users grant Ccatoo a non-exclusive license to use such content for promotional purposes.

6. Hosting & Security

• The platform is hosted via HostGator and cloud providers (AWS / Google Cloud).
• We implement strong safeguards, but we are not liable for breaches beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Turkish law and EU GDPR regulations.
• Legal disputes shall be handled in Istanbul courts.
