Hotel Booking Services Our platform acts as an intermediary between you and hotels. When making a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the hotel. The hotel's cancellation and payment policies apply to your booking. We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee it is free of errors.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

Smart Search: Our platform allows you to use natural language, written or voice, to search for hotels. This feature is designed to facilitate search and provide suggestions based on your request.

Smart Tourist Guide: After booking, the Smart Tourist Guide service may be activated to provide personalized recommendations.

Disclaimer: The results and suggestions of the artificial intelligence are for guidance purposes only. You must verify the accuracy of the information before making any decisions.

Participatory Investment Program This program is a unique feature aimed at turning your spending into an investment.

Mechanism: For each hotel booking, a specified percentage of the booking value (ranging from 1% for economy hotels to 4% for luxury categories) is deducted and placed in an investment fund managed by the company.

Investment Strategy: The company invests these funds in various fields, including advertising campaigns, other hotel bookings, and in advanced stages, real estate and the company's own hotel chains.

Profit Distribution: The user receives a 30% share of the profits generated from the investment of their portion.

Withdrawal of Profits: The user can request to withdraw their accumulated profits after a period of one year from the date of each contributing booking.

Social Platform and User-Generated Content

Content Sharing: In the future, the platform will allow you to share your travel experiences through videos and photos.

Commissions: You may receive a commission if another user makes a qualifying hotel booking through the content you have published. The terms and value of the commission are determined by the company and are subject to change.

Ownership and License: You retain ownership of your content, but you grant ccatoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Prohibited Content: It is forbidden to post any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Additional Features

Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR): Virtual tours of hotels or augmented reality features may be available, and they may be offered via subscription.

Third-Party Services: We may offer the option to book services from third parties (such as gyms or spas). We are not responsible for the quality of these services.

Cryptocurrency Payments: We are considering the possibility of accepting payments in digital cryptocurrencies in the future. This will be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, and software (excluding user-generated content), is the exclusive property of ccatoo and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
